Kyle Smith has been employed with Holden Architects since 2013 and has over 14 years of experience in the field of architecture and has been licensed in the state of Louisiana since 2011. Kyle joined the team at Holden Architects after spending 10+ years with
another prestigious firm in Baton Rouge. Kyle delivers a driven thoroughness, attention to detail, leadership, integrity and a diverse background of project experience. Throughout his 14 years of experience, Kyle has served as project manager / project architect on multiple projects ranging from $200,000 - $75,000,000. These projects include multiple large high profile projects on the campus of Louisiana State University, large office buildings, health care facilities, sports facilities, and mixed-use facilities. The most notable projects that Kyle has worked on have been as project architect and construction administrator for the new headquarters office building for the LSU Foundation (38,000 sq. ft., 3 story office building), as project manager and construction administrator for the renovations and additions to the LSU Student Union & Theater ($66 million joint venture project), as project architect and construction administrator for the new Tennis Facility at LSU and as construction administrator for the New Alex Box Stadium at LSU (8,900 seat baseball stadium). Other projects that Kyle has been involved in over the years include: the new College of Business Building at Southern University (New Orleans campus), LSU Tiger Athletic Nutrition Center (Dining Facility) and multiple renovations to the Carl Maddox Field House at LSU just to name a few. Kyle stays involved in the community as well.
